I had a very good experience. I came in for the interior cleaning pet hair removal detail. The inside of my caravan was absolutely spotless. I wish I took a before pic of how it looked before. It literally looks like a brand new vehicle on the inside highly recommend them totally worth the wait you get nothing but the best will be back again!

From the moment I reached out for a quote, I knew Apex was where I wanted to take my vehicle. Lance took the time to call me and explain the different options available for coatings and was flexible in scheduling with me to accommodate my schedule. After dropping off the vehicle he sent me texts/pictures to update on his progress. Even adding on an additional service after drop off he still completed the job on time. I am so happy with the interior and exterior ceramic coating he did. Not only will my Miss Ruby look beautiful for years to come, but more importantly she is protected on the inside from all that comes with kids and a dog in a minivan! Apex did a fantastic job on my '23 Lexus ES 300H F Sport. PPF and ceramic treatment and it's almost like new! Lance was more than accommodating with my schedule and even offered shuttle service while he worked on my car. And the finish! Like glass. In the sunlight the metal flake practically pops! Many may offer this service but few if any will provide the personal attention to detail found at Apex. Do yourself a favor. If you're gonna do this, do it right. Do it once. Go with Apex.

People are awesome. Not all the clients have their eggs in the same basket. I went thru the wash and a pickup had a blowup swimming pool tucked under his tool chest and not so easy to catch half way thru the wash it was sucked out of the bed and wrapped around the pickup tires the whole system was shut down immediately thanks to some aware employees. That was a couple weeks ago but today was seamless and awesome.

Tonight was my first time coming here and I can’t possibly say enough good things about it. I have never in my life been to a car wash with vacuums that good, and the car mat cleaning station was the best thing ever! Most car washes have mediocre vacuums and the car mat stations actually do nothing.. But not at Snappys! I’ve also never seen my tires this shiny! The gentleman who helped me was professional, friendly, and fun. I’m not gonna lie I thought he was overselling it when he asked if it was my first time there and told me I won’t wait go anywhere else ever again- but he was right! I didn’t get his name but I believe he was the manager, and he was great. I am looking forward to coming back here soon!

Great service and some good men at work. Always timely and always takes care of their regular customers. At most they wait for a hand wash and interior cleaning 25 to 30 minutes. Also friendly staff.

Did a good job with the car, dropped my car off with the airbag light off, picked it up with the airbag light on. Asked about it, no one knows why its on nor can they tell me how to turn it off. As for cleaning did a good job on the inside, they left a few spots that they quickly cleaned when i pointed out. Just want to know what they did to make my airbag light come on.

I'm putting in Consumer Complaint of them. They tell you that you can get unlimited wash for a month for $15. Then use your card to charge $28 monthly for "revolving " account. SCAM.

It didn’t clean my truck plus left soap on it and when I asked the attendant could we rewash or at least spray the soap off she not only said they don’t do rewashes she said I need to wash it myself after paying $ 25 for the best wash they offer! I don’t recommend

I am impressed, this is the best place to get your car detailed. Very kind and professional service, and very good price, car looks just like the day I bought it. The trunk was dirty of dog food that I spilled and the seats were stained with tea that I also spilled, but they cleaned it like new. They also have a waiting area with couch and TV, and the whole detail took an hour, which is unbelievable.

Just completed a Ceramic Tint, so far so good. I can’t wait to feel the difference when that GA sun comes out. Owner was professional and polite. He was completely understanding when I was running late to the appointment. He gave his advice on which % tint to use, very friendly and speedy experience. So far 5 Star experience! I will be looking into the Apple car play installation.

Came here and there was an issue in one of the bays. The guy working promptly got on the phone and had me switch bays so he could rectify the situation. The pressure was outstanding. I'm not sure if the other stuff worked because I was a bit confused on how to work it but I really only needed the pressure washer.

Oowee has now cleaned my car for the past year (sometimes monthly, sometimes bimonthly). Oowee’s work is truly set apart. He takes his time and has a meticulous attention to detail. I have two boys who are messy, eat in my car and play sports. And, I have never felt like a spot was missed by Oowee. I am a Google local guide, so I would have reviewed this place whether I had a great experience or not. I just purchased my new car a week before this. I went and purchased a $30 car package , including inside and outside cleaning. The guy told me to turn on my hazard lights to them will know I have the inside package. After waiting almost an hour to get through the actual electric car wash, I was stuck inside because someone fell in front of the car wash and hit his head. This review is not based on this incident, but I have to mention it anyway. I waited about 30 minutes for the ambulance to show and pick the guy up so that he could go to the hospital. After he was moved, I was asked to pull up so my car could be wiped down. The people halfway wiped the outside of my car and didn't even touch the inside. They also did not return my side view mirrors to their usual spot after pushing them in. When I left, I had water spots on my car, and I had to stop and push my side view mirrors back. I looked over my car carefully, and it was really too late for me to go back through because I had been there for an hour and a half and had to pick up my daughter from her friends house. I tried calling the car wash to address the issue, but they didn't answer the phone, and they have no voicemail. It is safe to say I feel like I didn't get what I paid for. I knew that something didn't feel right when they got finished so quickly.

I don’t go very often but it has been hit or miss every time. Today was a miss. I should have checked the car over before I left but I waited until my next stop and was thoroughly disappointed. There was still mud still all over the back of the car. The back window had barely been cleaned. The back hatch had only been half vacuumed. I wish I could post pics but instead I just will not be going back.

My review is actually a 5+ The interior of my car is a very light camel color and my seats were awful! Also somehow I had ran into some white paint that had splashed up on the passenger side of my car. My car is absolutely gorgeous after spending a day with the people at ProKleen. It looked better than it did the day I drove it off the Toyota dealership s parking lot. I would recommend Pro Kleen to anyone hands down. I wish I had made before and after photos for I would proudly show the world what an awesome job they did

Outstanding!! I found Thomas Mobile Detailing on yelp and i was impressed with the photos of his services. Upon contacting him online, he called me that same day! He was very professional and pleasant throughout our initial contact. I scheduled an appointment to clean my wife's seats in her 2021 Camry. The front snd back seat had an horrible stain from soda, along with dirty water-spots(from attempting to clean it up). Unfortunately i didn’t take before pictures. He arrived promptly and was very meticulous in his process. My wife is particular about quality of services from people…with that said she was overjoyed with the speed and details of Thomas’s services! I will be locking him in for the auto detail needs of my family.

Mr. Thomas was very professional from the moment I called until the job was complete. It was very convenient that his business is mobile, so he took care of my headlight restoration in my front yard. He was very patient while working and made sure he took his time to do the job the correct way (a very tedious process of sanding/polishing). These guys are true Pros! Even if they need to take their time it’s worth it. They will make sure they get every last detail to satisfy the customer. I always hand wash my vehicles because I am terrified of the scratches these car washes make on cars. We are moving next week and all my car wash supplies had been packed and I am shipping my Truck overseas so it has to be washed and clean in order for them to ship it so I was forced to take it to a car wash 😩. I looked at all the reviews and thought this one may be my best bet. $23 dollars later my truck has a new scratch and it still needs to be wiped down again 🤦🏻‍♂️. The underbody of the truck is still just as dirty as it was before I went through the car wash. Also a group of kids kept coming to me as I was vacuuming it out and asking to do it for me for money. They asked 3 different times over a 15-20 minute period. The only positive is the vacuums worked very well and they supplied rags and cleaner for the inside of the vehicle.

This is the best wash I have been to. They scrubbed my truck before I went into the wash. Everybody was so nice and actually willing to help me. I signed up for there unlimited plan because the other washes did not do as much as they did.

The young lady with the dreads is very rude and disrespectful. I asked her a simple question about using cash instead of my card and she got really smart at the mouth with me. I tried to find the corporate number to talk to someone about my experience but there's no phone number listed for them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, not even to wash my riding mower if it needed it. That young lady is not only rude, disrespectful, but it's also lazy as hell.

Couldn’t be happier with the interior detail from these guys. My truck needed a lot of love after hunting season and they had it looking absolutely showroom quality. This is a true detailer who knows what they're doing. They're also very professional as they walk around the car giving recommendations. This isn't a $20 auto wash with some vacuums outside and "tire shine". I brought a car here that I was planning to sell. It had sat under trees outside for what seemed like years and the inside was covered in doghair and some type of... stuff. Idk. I had washed it and saw the real state of the paint and thought it needed a professional's touch... These guys did an amazing job and gave the paint and interior the attention and love it needed. So, if you're planning on restoring and refreshing a car to add value to sell, need a wash and interior clean on your daily driver, OR EVEN just bought a new car and want to have a professional protect the paint with ceramics... These guys are BY FAR THE BEST IN COLUMBUS!!! The prices are comparable to other professional detailing shops, but the finished product speaks for itself, deleting years of missed spots, so it's worth it. See photos, this car almost looked like a barn find before.
