Did a very great job! Got my 2005 Nissan Maxima washed inside and out for only $35. Came in at 9 am and was out in an hour, and that was only because my car hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while. Then I brought my grandma's 2014 Kia Seltos and brother's 2011 Honda Accord a month later, and he and his team did great with those as well! They are very flexible with scheduling.

Wanted to get my husband a birthday/ valentine's day gift. This was little more money than what I wanted to spend when quoted, BUT when I saw the finished product, I would've paid more!!! These guys go above and beyond the average auto detail. Our 2012 vehicle not only looked brand new again in 2025, but smells brand new again as well!!! I'm so thrilled with how his turned out, I'm going to schedule to have mine done as well. Needless to say my husband loves this vehicle and was shocked with how they brought it back to looking new again. Wow I had my C8 ceramic coating done. I added the protective coating and they made that car look beautiful. It was so nice and Paul and team are the greatest. I had my Lexus 2024 Sport model done with the same treatment. I couldn’t believe how beautiful it came out. I couldn’t have been happier. Let me say this.....this is the BEST detailing spot in Montgomery and probably all of Alabama!! I have gone to so many detailers in Montgomery, and this is the first one that was both affordable and highly detail oriented. My vehicle was showroom ready, and I couldn't see a streak or water make anywhere! If you want your vehicle cleaned and looking showroom ready, I suggest you bring it to the Auto Detail King.

This place is amazing! I work downtown, so I was looking for a convenient place for a hand wash. They had amazing Google reviews, so I gave them a try this morning. The staff is as friendly as can be, professional, and wow, what a great job they did! $30 for a superb exterior wash and a neat, clean inside. You can't beat that. I've tried other places in the past that did not meet my expectations, one place even destroying the headliner in my Honda several years ago. I will DEFINITELY be using them again as well as bringing my other vehicles to them. Thanks!

One of the longest and most thorough car washes in the river region area !!! They have a prewash station, a very elaborate wash house, as well as a vacuum station with both glass cleaner and interior cleaning solution. There are two different heads for the vacuums and rags for your spot cleaning needs. Most car washes are a dime a dozen but SUDSTOP stands out from the crowd in all the right ways !

I was extremely disappointed. My first impression was great; there was an attendant that greeted me and was anxious to help- he even spoke to me about joining the wash club. That’s where the “greatness” ended! The employee at the car wash entrance was rude and seemed annoyed to be working. I inquired about whether or not they spray the vehicle prior to entering the car wash station (from previous experience, this is pretty standard at a car wash); the attendant looked at me as if I was speaking an unknown language. Although I purchased the most expensive wash, I don’t feel as if my car was cleaned as thoroughly as at other car washes. This was my first and last time visiting this car wash!

Punctual, professional and an all around excellent service. I was able to turn my vehicle in at the Atlanta VPC with no issues. He was able to get us in on a very short notice and stayed until we felt like the car would pass the inspection. I would recommend this service to anyone trying to ship their vehicle overseas! Great car wash. Staff is always friendly. Only critique I have is that they have an area you stop at before going through the wash where they do a "pre-scrub". I really like this extra service. The only issue is that it is not always manned so the wash is not quiet as good. If they can fix this I will be happy to give them five 🌟.

This car wash used to be the shining example of what a carwash should be. Great customer services and a team that actually cares about the customers and doesn't just see them as another number to add to the bottom line. Since the new site manager Mike Blackwell has took over, everything is about numbers. The personalized experience that I used to get at this site is no longer there and the customer service at the pay station is abysmal. As soon as I pull up I am constantly bombarded with questions about buying a club membership and then I am looked at funny when I am told I don't want one. Employees then practically beg and plead with me to buy one and will not leave me alone about it. The equipment is outdated and the prices they offer are to high and are not justified for the quality wash I get when I go through the tunnel. Tire shine is hardly ever applied and when I mention this to the employees there is no offered solution. I am told that I can get a rewash "if I want to." There is never any apology for lackluster service and no attempts to make it right come from employees. Every time I ask for an air freshener I'm told that they are out and yet this has been going on for over 8 months. Vaccums are always clogged, trash litters the ground and it stinks because the trash cans are never emptied. Horrible site. Stay away.

They clean the cars pretty good. But! THEY ARE TOOO SLOW! The People be standing around waiting for over 45 mins sometimes. The Manager is too busy trying to spray and wash as well as take payments. Employees need to take a few extra minutes cleaning themselves up before coming to work instead of coming to work looking like they are still drunk from being at the shot house the night before. Last but not least: people there really need to learn what the words: IF YOU WANT BETTER THEN DO BETTER MEANS and stop being jealous of others. Other people owe you nothing! YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF

Went today to get my father in laws car washed. I paid the top plan so I would have full service and they would clean the inside too. The outside turned out well but the inside it looks like they only vacuumed and didn’t wipe anything down at all. Dust still on the dash, window still has streaks on the inside, around the cup holder still dirty. The guys stood at the door and held out their hand for a tip before I saw the car.

Kyle detailed my 2017 Nissan Rogue for me to sell. My teenage son had been driving it and the inside smelled terrible, was filthy and had lots of stains on the tan upholstered seats. Kyle went above and beyond with his detailing. The car looks amazing. The carpet and mats look new. He completely cleaned the seats, dashboard, console, and doors. I went to this location and first they allowed wayyy too many people in at one time making it impossible to use the vacuums. Second, some people didn’t even purchase the car wash and were using the vacuums making it unfair for paying customers. Im highly unsatisfied with this transaction today because the outside of my car is clean but the inside is still a mess and I mainly came to use the vacuum. I wasted my time and money.

Brandon was the only reason I even gave this place 2 stars I did only get the $5 wash to test it out….lame had to go get my own towels and the guy in the office says I am on break WTH they were 2 feet from you it’s call customer service. I bought a 2011 Nissan Armada for my 16 year old and it was a total disaster on the inside - absolutely trashed. Daniel spent about 6 hours on it and had it looking brand new on the inside! He even made sure the headlight covers were cleaned & restored so my son would be safe driving at night. I was absolutely stunned by how wonderful the truck looked & so very pleased with his work! Schedule your appointment! I could not recommend Daniel at Triple Crown Custom Detailing enough. I called Monday wanting to get my SUV detailed because I am pregnant and had a baby shower this weekend. He was completely booked (naturally) and still managed to fit my vehicle in. It was also not a small task as it was extremely dirty inside and out. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked like a completely different vehicle. It was obvious he put in a lot of work and time into cleaning up my vehicle. Not only is his work top notch but I was really blown away by the customer service. His prices are also extremely reasonable. I will definitely be a recurrent customer.

This man came to my house and messed up my BMW. Basically disabled my entire car by spraying products into my gearshift. He’s currently ignoring my phone calls and messages and now I’m about to sue him for damages to my vehicle. He’s supposed to be a professional but has taken no action whatsoever to fix what he has done. He’s on camera as well. If I could give him ZERO stars I would. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

I purchased a $10 car Wash on April 3, 2024 for the unlimited wash for the month of April (Location 2395 E South Boulevard Montgomery AL); a young man took my Debit card into their office and came back with my card along with a scan sticker; I told the young man that I didn’t want my Debit charged any more after my 30 day trial; I went back to let the Manager there know that my Debit Card had been Charged $40 May 3, 2024/June 3, 2024 and July 3, 2024 without my permission; the manager went into the system and saw that my last time using my scan code was April 28, 2024; he saw that I hadn’t been back to their location May 3,June 3 nor July 3, 2024. I was told that they couldn’t give me back my $120 at the location but that I could send a detailed message to the main office and that they would refund me back my $120 being that I was erroneously charged for services I did not agree to. I did receive a $40 credit back to my debit card but remaining $80 had still not refunded. I’ve sent over 15 texts to the main office with no one calling me back explaining why my Debit card had been used without my permission after the end of April. I will continue to send texts and calling Rich’s East S boulevard Montgomery AL location until I’m refunded back the remaining $80 to my Debit Card! This is credit Card Fraud for anyone to have access to your Debit card without your permission.

I want to applaud Mauricio at the Rich’s Car Wash on Eastern Blvd. Saturday 10/5/24 this young man ran this car wash by himself as busy it was. I had an issue with my membership. The car wash was so busy, but this young man took time to come assist me get my membership updated and explain to me what I needed to do to save bucks on my membership. Not only did he assist me I did see that he was running back-and-forth assisting other customers as well. Never one time did he complain, even look like he was tired he did his job and did his job well. I really appreciate him and I think that he’s deserves a raise.

Yes I want to write a review on amazing experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash! I accidentally dropped my key fob, and it got sucked up by the vacuum. I was panicking, but the workers went above and beyond to find it. They were so patient and dedicated, and they managed to retrieve it for me! I’m beyond grateful for their outstanding service and care. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. So, went there today and spent $30 for their top tier wash. I hate to leave a bad review because every single employee there was so kind and smiled and waved. Amazingly great staff. The wash was not great. I don’t expect it to be perfect. None of them are. I of course used the towels they provide to scrape the leftover bug splat and wipe down the water spots. Thats not my problem. My problem didn’t show up until I got home and looked at my car. Whatever they used for the tires slung all over my brand new 1 week old car. I spent almost a complete hour trying to get it all off. It was oily and everywhere. It was horrible and I finally had to use a lightly damp cloth to get it off which apparently took off the $30 shine I paid to begin with on the paint.🤦🏼‍♀️ Never Ever again. 😭 I have a video of it and me working to get it off to show how hard it was to get off. Half detailed my car. Still had crumbs in cup holders and ketchup in coin slot. Never again.UPDATE: I DID ASK AND PAY a FULL detail. Most people with a clean car don’t ask for a full detail if you think that you’re in the wrong business. I asked for a full detail because I knew the kids had been riding in the car and eating so if a few cookie crumbs and some ketchup give you an issue you need to shut your business down. I took it somewhere else the next day and for the same price got it spic and span. Your location say it all you’ll never grow and get better not taking accountability for your poor work. Enjoy your time half cleaning cars on the corner of Mulberry Street. Your attitude will keep you there. LIKE I SAID,NEVER AGAIN!! These pictures taken after I left will tell the whole story. Great car wash. I came during a promotion and was impressed. Most brand new car washes are great so I hope they maintain the amenities over time. Joined the monthly wash club which is a must for the price. The vacuums are the strongest I have used at a car wash and the mat cleaners are great. They even have a bed washing station for trucks.

Service is always great here! However the car wash itself has plenty of mechanical issues quite regularly. And although I pay the monthly subscription from the “Take 5” partner company, the RFID tags do not read at all wash locations if it is not from the same company. It would be nice if the three companies that are together would get the same readers or same tags so the fast pass would work without having to get an attendant to manually let you through

It was an amazing experience as always! I visited a different location on Friday the 24th of January 2025. I was exceptionally surprised that customer service assistants were there to help. The young man was very nice and constantly had a smile on his face. He even gave me an extra air freshener, because he said that I was just as nice! I paid for tire shine and did not get it. Also, the woman who collected my payment on 3/16/2025 around 4:00pm was very adamant about me explaining to her my reasons for not wanting a monthly package despite me telling her no twice. I didn’t owe her anything just swipe my card and let me go about my business. She doesn’t need to be working with the public being that pushy and rude.

Recently found my favorite wash. Tried them all. Very nice and new Car Wash. The people that they hired are doing a great job very friendly and my Vehicle even comes out clean at the end of the tunnel because they do the correct prepping in order for you to have the results that you expect. I was with another Car Wash since they opened, but had to give them up after they sold out because all they were doing was rearranging the dirt on my vehicle. Keep up the great work guys. Great car wash. Very clean establishment and great vacuums. I love the big floor mat automatic brush they have. They also have an option for weather mats as well which is great. The car wash itself “the flood $30” was really good. Cleaned my car up with minimum spots it left on my vehicle. I like the scent feature it does as well during the wash. This will definitely be my new car wash home.
