Did a very great job! Got my 2005 Nissan Maxima washed inside and out for only $35. Came in at 9 am and was out in an hour, and that was only because my car hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while. Then I brought my grandma's 2014 Kia Seltos and brother's 2011 Honda Accord a month later, and he and his team did great with those as well! They are very flexible with scheduling.

Let me say this.....this is the BEST detailing spot in Montgomery and probably all of Alabama!! I have gone to so many detailers in Montgomery, and this is the first one that was both affordable and highly detail oriented. My vehicle was showroom ready, and I couldn't see a streak or water make anywhere! If you want your vehicle cleaned and looking showroom ready, I suggest you bring it to the Auto Detail King.

This place is amazing! I work downtown, so I was looking for a convenient place for a hand wash. They had amazing Google reviews, so I gave them a try this morning. The staff is as friendly as can be, professional, and wow, what a great job they did! $30 for a superb exterior wash and a neat, clean inside. You can't beat that. I've tried other places in the past that did not meet my expectations, one place even destroying the headliner in my Honda several years ago. I will DEFINITELY be using them again as well as bringing my other vehicles to them. Thanks!

Wow I had my C8 ceramic coating done. I added the protective coating and they made that car look beautiful. It was so nice and Paul and team are the greatest. I had my Lexus 2024 Sport model done with the same treatment. I couldn’t believe how beautiful it came out. I couldn’t have been happier. I was so impressed that I have a 2008 Harley Davidson truck I am going to let them do there magic to it. I am happy I have had these vehicles done. Ended up having to stay and wait while my windows got tinted & I have to say, it was a great experience, Paul, as well as his staff, are very informative, easy to talk to, friendly, and constantly kept updating me on what process they were in as well as how much time it would take. I drive a 2002 grand marquis, and people told me I was stupid for choosing there, it was overly expensive… WRONG. You get what you pay for. It wasn’t “overly expensive” to be reinsured the quality of tint, how professionally it was done, and just the overall experience.. I would choose them 100 times but then again, I’m able too, because if anything happens to the tint, I can easily run up there knowing I’m not going to have a hard time & they will be more than willing to correct the issue..at their expense..! 10/10 from 0 tint, to 35!

They clean the cars pretty good. But! THEY ARE TOOO SLOW! The People be standing around waiting for over 45 mins sometimes. The Manager is too busy trying to spray and wash as well as take payments. Employees need to take a few extra minutes cleaning themselves up before coming to work instead of coming to work looking like they are still drunk from being at the shot house the night before. Last but not least: people there really need to learn what the words: IF YOU WANT BETTER THEN DO BETTER MEANS and stop being jealous of others. Other people owe you nothing! YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF

Went today to get my father in laws car washed. I paid the top plan so I would have full service and they would clean the inside too. The outside turned out well but the inside it looks like they only vacuumed and didn’t wipe anything down at all. Dust still on the dash, window still has streaks on the inside, around the cup holder still dirty. The guys stood at the door and held out their hand for a tip before I saw the car.

William did a great job. Initially there was a conflict in scheduling so I was rescheduled, however he compensated for the inconvenience. Mirror Finish did a great job on my Yukon XL. I used to always clean my cars myself but cleaning something that big after your kids have spilled everything under the sun in there can be a lot. They did really good at getting the truck clean inside and out despite me not having the best set-up for him to do the job easily. He really put in the extra effort and showed dedication to getting the job done right despite the extra challenges. You should definitely hire them to get your car cleaned.

One of the longest and most thorough car washes in the river region area !!! They have a prewash station, a very elaborate wash house, as well as a vacuum station with both glass cleaner and interior cleaning solution. There are two different heads for the vacuums and rags for your spot cleaning needs. Most car washes are a dime a dozen but SUDSTOP stands out from the crowd in all the right ways !

In beginning though belonging to club was good deal, was wrong it's a terrible deal. Terrible in many ways: poor customer service, electronic eye doesn't response well to dirty vehicle - Duh why think came to a carwash dummies. Pull into vacuum out car, then learned those vacuums don't work; so your lazy employees will not put up sign, but expect everyone get back into their vehicle to wait for a space that does work for vacuuming; and don't apologize owner you're well aware you're an owner who doesn't give a hoot as long as can con more to buy your stupid membership. At least elsewhere they are appreciated of ones business but not Rich's, which I'd say public drive on by you'll be glad you did.

I love this location! The staff are always so welcoming. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I don't like the fact that they automatically charge my card every month whether I use their services or not. This is not the locations fault but the company's fault as a whole. This needs to be fixed please. Otherwise the place is great!

This man came to my house and messed up my BMW. Basically disabled my entire car by spraying products into my gearshift. He’s currently ignoring my phone calls and messages and now I’m about to sue him for damages to my vehicle. He’s supposed to be a professional but has taken no action whatsoever to fix what he has done. He’s on camera as well. If I could give him ZERO stars I would. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

Half detailed my car. Still had crumbs in cup holders and ketchup in coin slot. Never again.UPDATE: I DID ASK AND PAY a FULL detail. Most people with a clean car don’t ask for a full detail if you think that you’re in the wrong business. I asked for a full detail because I knew the kids had been riding in the car and eating so if a few cookie crumbs and some ketchup give you an issue you need to shut your business down. I took it somewhere else the next day and for the same price got it spic and span. Your location say it all you’ll never grow and get better not taking accountability for your poor work. Enjoy your time half cleaning cars on the corner of Mulberry Street. Your attitude will keep you there. LIKE I SAID,NEVER AGAIN!! These pictures taken after I left will tell the whole story. Have a great day now that my vehicle is clean I definitely will.

Brandon was the only reason I even gave this place 2 stars I did only get the $5 wash to test it out….lame had to go get my own towels and the guy in the office says I am on break WTH they were 2 feet from you it’s call customer service. I was in love with this location, but the last two times I've gone the vacuums have been very weak. The workers didn't even pre-scrub the front of my car today. The young man on the passenger side scrubbed that side, but the other young man on the driver's side didn't do anything but guide me in.

I purchased a $10 car Wash on April 3, 2024 for the unlimited wash for the month of April (Location 2395 E South Boulevard Montgomery AL); a young man took my Debit card into their office and came back with my card along with a scan sticker; I told the young man that I didn’t want my Debit charged any more after my 30 day trial; I went back to let the Manager there know that my Debit Card had been Charged $40 May 3, 2024/June 3, 2024 and July 3, 2024 without my permission; the manager went into the system and saw that my last time using my scan code was April 28, 2024; he saw that I hadn’t been back to their location May 3,June 3 nor July 3, 2024. I was told that they couldn’t give me back my $120 at the location but that I could send a detailed message to the main office and that they would refund me back my $120 being that I was erroneously charged for services I did not agree to. I did receive a $40 credit back to my debit card but remaining $80 had still not refunded. I’ve sent over 15 texts to the main office with no one calling me back explaining why my Debit card had been used without my permission after the end of April. I will continue to send texts and calling Rich’s East S boulevard Montgomery AL location until I’m refunded back the remaining $80 to my Debit Card! This is credit Card Fraud for anyone to have access to your Debit card without your permission.

I want to applaud Mauricio at the Rich’s Car Wash on Eastern Blvd. Saturday 10/5/24 this young man ran this car wash by himself as busy it was. I had an issue with my membership. The car wash was so busy, but this young man took time to come assist me get my membership updated and explain to me what I needed to do to save bucks on my membership. Not only did he assist me I did see that he was running back-and-forth assisting other customers as well. Never one time did he complain, even look like he was tired he did his job and did his job well. I really appreciate him and I think that he’s deserves a raise.

Great car wash. I came during a promotion and was impressed. Most brand new car washes are great so I hope they maintain the amenities over time. Joined the monthly wash club which is a must for the price. The vacuums are the strongest I have used at a car wash and the mat cleaners are great. They even have a bed washing station for trucks.

Schedule your appointment! I could not recommend Daniel at Triple Crown Custom Detailing enough. I called Monday wanting to get my SUV detailed because I am pregnant and had a baby shower this weekend. He was completely booked (naturally) and still managed to fit my vehicle in. It was also not a small task as it was extremely dirty inside and out. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked like a completely different vehicle. It was obvious he put in a lot of work and time into cleaning up my vehicle. Not only is his work top notch but I was really blown away by the customer service. His prices are also extremely reasonable. I will definitely be a recurrent customer.

Service is always great here! However the car wash itself has plenty of mechanical issues quite regularly. And although I pay the monthly subscription from the “Take 5” partner company, the RFID tags do not read at all wash locations if it is not from the same company. It would be nice if the three companies that are together would get the same readers or same tags so the fast pass would work without having to get an attendant to manually let you through

I have a GooGoo monthly pass, and I live 3-minutes from the Carter Hill wash, but I drive all the way out on Taylor Road to wash my car because the quality is much better. The main thing that you notice immediately is the amount of wash and wax product that is sprayed onto your vehicle. Complete foam coverage, and great dryers upon exit. People are always smiling with a wave. Worth the trip.
