This is the best detail shop in Mobile. I had the down south package done on my Yukon and it looks better than when it came back from the dealership new. The paint had scratches and swirls all throughout and they are all gone. The interior was spotless, they even cleaned the fuel door and receiver. Amazing job by the team here and I highly recommend. They go above and beyond their competition for sure. Well worth the drive to Halls Mill.

The chemicals they used rubbed away the writing on the door lock and radio power button. Speaking of the radio, after picking my car up, I noticed the radio was very dim. I tried every setting to increase the brightness. The dash was lighting up fine, but the radio display would stay dim. I immediately called the business about it, and they said to see if there are other brightness settings because they have never had that problem. A day later, the radio display was completely black (no, the power wasn't off), but the radio still worked. At that time, I definitely knew the cleaning chemicals got behind the display and broke it. I ended up having to pay for a new radio and have it installed. Also, we had a sticker where the speedometer is. It's fine that you decided to peel it off, but you couldn't spend an extra 2 minutes getting the rest of it off? The car is clean for the most part, but I will never go to another detailer again. It became more of a headache than what it was worth.

Reached out to Timbo’s about Ceramic Coating my wheels and wow. Their attention to detail is exactly what I was looking for. They had a car lift on site and was able to pull off my wheels to throughly clean the inside barrels before ceramic coating. (saved me a ton of time trying to pull them off myself). I had a can of paint spill all over the back floorboard of my truck. I mean it was everywhere! I immediately took it to Alabama Auto Clean. They did an amazing job! The auto detail service that’s available at EZN is phenomenal! Our black QX70 had a badly faded and oxidized hood after these folks were done it looks new again! Look at these before and after pictures! The 1st four before pictures don’t really show how bad it was. They are magicians 🤣 truly amazing. I really thought I was going need to have it repainted. We’ve used DeltaBay for the 2nd time now! After the first thorough cleaning of a vehicle that had been sitting a while, we were very impressed at how clean they were able to get it as well as how they were also able to get the dirt and smell out from the vehicle! I took my 2019 Ford F250 to Meache’s covered in mud, seats stained, carpets full of snacks, dog hair, and grease! It now looks and smells as close to new as it ever will again! The appointment, updates, and payment processes were very simple and convenient. I will send all of my vehicles there as well as refer them to everyone! They also come to you for $2 per mile! I highly recommend!

I have to say, in the beginning of my membership to this car wash, I had no complaints. But as time went on, that began to change. The reason I started going to this car wash was because it opened at 7 before my job started. But on about 4 occasions, when I pulled up at 7:45 the place was not open yet. On a separate occasion, the car wash rolled me through without even cleaning my car. Which happens. No big deal. But the most frustrating complaint that I have is that during my last time through their car wash, the covering of my side mirror was broken off by the wash. Mind you, I have a brand new vehicle. I immediately notified the workers who took down my information, took pictures and filled a report. I was told that I’d hear back from corporate in 2 weeks. Once the two weeks were up I contacted the company again who told me that the report was actually NEVER filed and that they would send it again. I was told to wait another 2 weeks. Which came and went with no communication from the company. After the end of those two weeks, I contacted the company YET AGAIN and gave my information again and asked for the owner of the establishment to contact me so I could speak directly to that individual to resolve this issue. After several days of not hearing back I called YET AGAIN…. Since I still haven’t received a call, I decided that this is all I have left to do. I am so disappointed in the way this has been handled. In my opinion, this is a poor example of problem resolution on the company’s part. I hate that it had to come to this.

I had really great experience today! Best customer service I’ve seen from a car wash. Izzy was super friendly and helped me a lot, I was gone buy the membership but i’m from out of town and this was my first time here. She took me new rags to use and always was coming to make sure I ain’t need anything! Will definitely be back, thank you again and keep doing a good job!

I will start by saying that the manager and attendant on site very very nice and professional. However, the issue is nothing to due with staff. I got the 25$ wash and my jeep genuinely looks like there wasn’t even water sprayed on it. I just got back from a road trip so I had normal road dirt on my jeep that a good rain would pretty much wash off. When I exited the wash I opened my passenger door without paying attention first and looked at my hand and it was black from dirt. Once I looked at the door and realized that my car was just as dirty as when I entered. The manager offered a rewash but after what the first wash did and the fear of scratches if they tried to wash it harder I opted to leave. I wiped it down with my microfiber towel instead to get the dirt off that I could. This was the two towels after a quick half hearted wipe down….

there is now a big sign that says no bucket wash. If you put in 3 dollars to start the water and then use a bucket, you put in 3 more dollars to rinse the car for a total of 6 dollars. I now just spend 3 dollars to rinse it off and dont go unless its for a touch up wash. I used to go every week with a bucket and spent 6 dollars. now I go maybe every month just for a touch up wash. The soap rarely works through the hose. Maybe the brush has soap but Im not using that because it will scratch your paint.

Self-wash bay was very disappointing!! No soap when the dial was set on "High Pressure Soap"; the only time I got soap was when using the brush. As you can see from the pictures, nothing got cleaned. Windshield, Mirrors, Front grill area all the way across and top to bottom as well as the headlights and surrounding area.

Love this car wash. Friendly staff and they basically wash your vehicle before you drive through. Only thing I wish they would change is the wide vacuum attachments, maybe one that’s a little more narrow to get into cracks and crevices. Other than that it’s an awesome car wash
