I did notice some areas that weren’t done but once I brought it to their attention, they re-cleaned the area. Overall, Ivan did a pretty good job detailing the car which included a soft carpet shampoo and one seat treated with a biohazard cleaning. Mom will definitely be back for the free interior & exterior car wash . Thanks !

I brought them what I thought was the worst situation they’d ever seen. Turns out it was not - they’ve got some stories! Nonetheless, the car I brought was pretty bad. I had little hope they could do much to make it look and smell good. I’ve had cars detailed before, but they were never as bad as the car I brought in this time. The pics tell the story. These guys not only seemingly worked a miracle, they take pride in their work. They have great attitudes and are happy to tell you all they did. When I arrived to pick up this car, it was dark. I did not even ask and they backed the car into their long garage with high intensity lights shining on all sides and they invited me to inspect it. It was almost as if they were challenging me to find something they missed. I could not. The interior had been transformed. Yes, there are permanent stains that will never come out but they reduced them down to near nothing. The bad odor was gone and the car smelled fresh. Crevices, corners, fabric, carpet, everything - nice and clean. They even removed old stickers on a window. They did a fantastic job. Now, it’s expensive….don’t get me wrong. But you get what you pay for and to me it was worth it. Give these guys a chance and you won’t be disappointed.

We just left there - tried to call but no one answered. (Would love to resolve this not over the internet if possible!) We had to go buy our own wipes because after waiting around for four hours, the front interior did not seemed to be cleaned at all? We’re already three filthy wipes in, cleaning it ourselves. Honestly, would just like a refund - not trying to be hard heads about this, but it was very disappointing to get into a still-dirty car after the time & money invested.

I paid $30 for their full service carwash. This was to include a carwash, then an interior wipe down/vacuum. I have kids in my car, so anytime I take my car to be cleaned, I remove all of the trash to alleviate some of the stress off of the workers. I left them a $20 tip before even examining my car because I trusted that they did a good job. Any of the other times I have came, they did. However, this time the owner (a female) seemed like she was in a bad mood. This was the laziest car job I have EVER seen. It isn’t even worth $30, as I could have did this myself. My 4 year old could do a better job. I paid cash, so I had no way of disputing the transaction with my bank. My seats weren’t wiped down, they weren’t vacuumed, my third row wasn’t touched AT ALL. I had smears on my seats and my floors still had tons of dust. This is unacceptable. I won’t ever be back.

This is a pretty cool place to wash cars. Everyone is nice and courteous. Alan attended to me and he was great. Told me all I needed to know about pricing upfront. No added charges. I've told people I know that they should get their cars washed here and I would also visit again.

This car wash is fantastic! No appointment needed—just drive up, and the staff takes care of everything. I went for the full service (interior and exterior), and my car came out spotless. The waiting area is clean and spacious, and the staff uses air guns to ensure a perfect dry. Highly recommend!

This has got to be the best and newest place in town to get your car done. It has an excellent wash dry and man does it look good. Vacuum a little car Sprints here and there little Rain-X on the windshield. Good to go. The best place in Huntsville to get your car washed real quick and easy. These guys know what they're doing. The staff was very friendly, and the amenities were excellent! The car wash is fantastic, especially with their clean car guarantee, which allows you to go through the wash as many times as needed if it doesn't remove dirt or stubborn bugs from the bumper, or if certain spots remain dirty. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this service.

I had my truck wrapped for chrome deletion and tint. They provide competitive prices and flexible scheduling. The tinting was done excellently. I did have to return for a few touch-ups on the wrap, which is understandable. They handled the situation very professionally, taking full responsibility to ensure my satisfaction as a customer.

What makes this place stand out is the customer service, particularly that of Joanna. She is always so friendly, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. I highly recommend Malone's Mobile Car Wash! Albert does a phenomenal job. His business comes to you and he goes above and beyond in his work. On 10/19/2024 I got off work and went to get my car washed at this location. Got out and pre scrubbed my car with the brush then went through the car wash after paying $22 get out to dry off my car and I noticed the roll brush hit and hooked my car breaking my right front headlight and knocking out my turn signal ! I tried asking the employee there if there was a way I could talk to the manager or management but got no response or nothing just total disrespect. I’d never go back or tell anyone it’s a good place!!

This is the only place in Madison (that I know of) that has a pre wash station so you can get all the nasty stuff off your vehicle yourself before going through the wash. After going through the post wash area is nice with rags, glass cleaner, floor mat machine, trash cans. I love it. Only reason for my 4 star rating is sometimes they block off some of the post wash/vacuum stations. I bought a membership and run my vehicle through at least twice a week.

Wow! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! They fit me in last minute and went with a 1 step paint correction and couldn’t be more satisfied. My Silverado had been beat and banged up as it is a work truck, but the guys made it shine like new! Will be carrying all my vehicles here from now on. Great guys and great service.

Outstanding quality and responsive! We've had two cars coated with ceramic. In both cases they went above and beyond to restore the underlying paint. Scheduling was easy, backed up by responsive text message updates. The owner personally checked us out both times to explain care procedures.

When I first started going it was great full service. As time has gone on in 2024, lots of workers just standing around. I usually have to wipe the door trim off and get bugs off front myself after. Yesterday, they put my car in hand wax area when I didn't order hand wax. Car sat there for an hour so no one wiped the outside. Inside was half done. I like the full service "idea" but for $42 plus tip I'm thinking it isn't worth it anymore.

If I can give them a 0 I would, the general manager was inconsiderate and rude. I paid $22 to get a Lava Fusion guard and when I tell you I was livid when I came out of the tunnel. Omg, one of the brushes had an issue and shot out oil and the brush rubbed it in, the manger told me it came from me hitting a curb, which never happened. After explaining to him that that never happened and I would’ve had abrasions or scratches to my vehicle, he proceeded to tell me that I was wrong so I used my finger and rubbed where it was damaged and it started to come off. After running my car back through a second time and asking them if they had a magic erase, when they wiped it, it started to make sense to them that it was a mistake cause it started coming off. But, I shouldn’t had to argue with them about it because I knew I didn’t bring my car to the wash in that condition. I uploaded photos of the before and afterwards. Invest in getting a hand wash, save your investment. Cars to high to get damaged by those drive-thru washes. I’ll never do that again.

This car wash used to be great. The vacuums are always broken, the car wash doesn’t even get all the soap off anymore, it gets worse each time. The microfiber towels that are “clean” are always wet, pretty sure they don’t wash them all. Canceled my membership!

Eric (Assistant Manager) was at the entrance and had amazing customer service! He politely offered the monthly subscription package and knew his stuff! Although I don’t use the car wash enough to take advantage of it, I would most likely subscribe next time because he was so great and made it make sense to get it. Great experience and so convenient to have towels and car cleaner available as a courtesy. Will definitely be back!

2020 Black Mustang GT at Madison location. Unsatisfied. After the first spray wash it looks like the same car I dropped off. Faded color, the shell and shine is weak with some swirls. The spray on wax looked great upon pickup but then the poor job and quality shined! My car was in great condition for starters. $1400 was overpriced for a subpar five year and a spray on wax job which temporarily hid the poor workmanship. I currently own two other black cars (Corvette Z06 and Roush) and both were ceramic three year and two step paint correction locally. They look ten times better two years later. Very unhappy customer here and I know what I am talking about from experience. I should have stuck with my trusted go to in the area.

As someone who doesn’t live in Madison I will make the drive to super duck when I need a car wash. • It’s also wonderful how much support they provide to the community (such as donations to the schools or free washes for teachers)

Great concept. Drive through the Carwash and following that you pull up to another drive through for a shine. They hand dry and spray wax and then you drive through for a final brush polish. They also have an area that you can pull up to prior to then wash to pre brush if needed. I am moving my membership to this be Carwash! Did I mention how friendly they were!

Awesome management at this place, the guys were extremely personable and caring about my car. I purchased a full detail and ceramic coat and was without my car for only a day. Kept me updated on how the coat was going and provided pictures to make sure everything was good before they went ahead. Could not recommend this place enough. They did an amazing job and it was extremely affordable. Will be going back with other cars in the future. Also, I had some scratches that need to be repaired at a body shop. They told me if I go get them fixed that I can come back to get the coat redone on those parts free of charge. No one else has offered that so far. Please give these guys a try if you’re looking into ceramic coating or any type of detailing!!
