I brought them what I thought was the worst situation they’d ever seen. Turns out it was not - they’ve got some stories! Nonetheless, the car I brought was pretty bad. I had little hope they could do much to make it look and smell good. I’ve had cars detailed before, but they were never as bad as the car I brought in this time. The pics tell the story. These guys not only seemingly worked a miracle, they take pride in their work. They have great attitudes and are happy to tell you all they did. When I arrived to pick up this car, it was dark. I did not even ask and they backed the car into their long garage with high intensity lights shining on all sides and they invited me to inspect it. It was almost as if they were challenging me to find something they missed. I could not. The interior had been transformed. Yes, there are permanent stains that will never come out but they reduced them down to near nothing. The bad odor was gone and the car smelled fresh. Crevices, corners, fabric, carpet, everything - nice and clean. They even removed old stickers on a window. They did a fantastic job. Now, it’s expensive….don’t get me wrong. But you get what you pay for and to me it was worth it. Give these guys a chance and you won’t be disappointed.

These guys are excellent! I took my 2007 Tahoe to them and I picked it up sparkling and looking way better than I would have ever expected for a 15+ year old vehicle. They used a clay-bar before they polished in order to reduce the amount of clear coat that I had coming off, they got off all of the black road grime and bugs that I’ve struggled to get off on my own. They also got all the pre-existing stains out of my carpet (some that were there before I bought the vehicle) and there was absolutely no dust to be found on the inside! I highly recommend taking your vehicle to them, they’re already hard at work on one of our other vehicles, can’t wait to see it as well! Also, the staff are great. Knowledgeable, friendly and they kept in contact with me to let me know the status of my vehicle and to to confirm any services that they weren’t sure about to make sure I was OK with the charge. The ladies that I spoke to, before getting there this morning were very informative, helpful and pleasant. However, the actual detail job was sloppy and half done. The dash, front seats and backs, cup holders and carpet around the seats were still dirty. There was little effort to clean the outside, leaving swipes missed, drool from my dog down the outside of the doors. It still took him 1.5 hours to do it. I asked the office lady if this was what I should expect for their $50 wash and was told no. She offered to have the detailer correct it but because of the length of time it had taken, I was already late for a Doctor appointment close by. I will not go back. I spoke with the owner and realized, there seemed to be a miscommunication by all parties. I will be returning my car and look forward to a newly cleaned vehicle.

The communication with Chase to schedule my cleaning was very easy and my car has truly never looked better. He even cleaned the mats for our car seats! I received a certificate for Fizz Mobile Detailing as a gift and was very excited to use it. Booking the appointment was simple, and it's awesome they come to where you are. They showed up on time and worked hard cleaning, detailing, and shampooing the inside and then completely washing, hand drying, buffing etc the outside of my car. Fizz Mobile Detailing did an absolutely incredible job on my vehicle. It looks like I have a new car! The whole thing took about 3 hours and it was a very reasonable price (better book before they raise their prices because they are that good!). Awesome management at this place, the guys were extremely personable and caring about my car. I purchased a full detail and ceramic coat and was without my car for only a day. Kept me updated on how the coat was going and provided pictures to make sure everything was good before they went ahead. Could not recommend this place enough. They did an amazing job and it was extremely affordable. Will be going back with other cars in the future. Also, I had some scratches that need to be repaired at a body shop. They told me if I go get them fixed that I can come back to get the coat redone on those parts free of charge. No one else has offered that so far. I ordered a new Land Rover Defender back in April and after nearly 5 months finally took delivery. Living in Chicago and my new car being black I wanted to get a ceramic coating on it as soon as possible before I got any swirl marks…especially before winter. As luck has it I took delivery just before I was to drive down for a big family event in Huntsville so I didn’t have time to get the coating done in Chicago. A friend that knows cars and Huntsville recommended I get in touch with DJ and he and his crew were nice enough to get my car in while I was in town. I usually lease my cars so I don’t typically worry about things like ceramic coatings but I wanted to make sure the Santorini Black stays looking great since I bought the Defender. DJ explained the whole process and minimized any concerns I had. He even came in on the weekend which also happened to be his Birthday in order to get my car done in time for me to drive back to Chicago. My Defender looked great when I picked it up and I couldn’t be happier knowing the paint is protected. The first time I washed the car it was amazing seeing how the water beads up and slides off the car. Bugs and other dirt disappeared with no effort. Thanks to DJ for taking care of my car and providing me with the peace of mind I was wanting.

If your looking to get your vehicle ceramic coated, I would highly recommend Bullet Proof Bubbles. I was amazed with the professional quality of service and the overall product delivered in my experience. Mr. Jackson was polite and very knowledgeable when explaining to me the services and products he offers. I went with the 10 year ceramic coating and it has been about 1 year since and Flys still have a hard time landing on my car because it's so slick and easy to clean still. I am very pleased, and with the extremely affordable package deals he offers I feel comfortable giving him my highest recommendations to anyone seeking such a service. If I can give them a 0 I would, the general manager was inconsiderate and rude. I paid $22 to get a Lava Fusion guard and when I tell you I was livid when I came out of the tunnel. Omg, one of the brushes had an issue and shot out oil and the brush rubbed it in, the manger told me it came from me hitting a curb, which never happened. After explaining to him that that never happened and I would’ve had abrasions or scratches to my vehicle, he proceeded to tell me that I was wrong so I used my finger and rubbed where it was damaged and it started to come off. After running my car back through a second time and asking them if they had a magic erase, when they wiped it, it started to make sense to them that it was a mistake cause it started coming off. But, I shouldn’t had to argue with them about it because I knew I didn’t bring my car to the wash in that condition. I uploaded photos of the before and afterwards. Invest in getting a hand wash, save your investment. Cars to high to get damaged by those drive-thru washes. I’ll never do that again.

Communication is POOR! I have spoken with this company on 3 different occasions to schedule interior and exterior cleaning. I finally secured an appointment for 9:30 this morning as well as an Uber to accommodate my drop off. When I arrived I was told that they had a funeral to attend and I would not receive my car UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. They then decided to clarify that this is usually the process, which was NEVER disclosed in any of the conversations. This was a waste of time and gas. If their communication skills are this poor I can only imagine what the actual service is like.

Always do a great job Update: Not always, today was a very bad experience. Took over an hour after my car came out of the wash, it wasn't a lack of people, people were standing around and no one was working on my car. All in all had this been my first trip it would also be my last. I will give them another opportunity. I'll see if this is their new way of doing business or if I simply had an isolated bad experience. Incidentally, the dirt remaining on my windshield looks something like condensation from the AC, it is not, my AC was not on. Mats are obviously not cleaned. Seat not wiped down. Inside doors not clean. Carpet not vaccumed. Debris remaining around windshield wiper base. Spots on car hood. Update: Back to normal! Great job.

Eric (Assistant Manager) was at the entrance and had amazing customer service! He politely offered the monthly subscription package and knew his stuff! Although I don’t use the car wash enough to take advantage of it, I would most likely subscribe next time because he was so great and made it make sense to get it. Great experience and so convenient to have towels and car cleaner available as a courtesy. Will definitely be back!

I ended up getting the best wash membership here. All the employees are helpful and friendly. Can't beat the price for unlimited washes per month. I usually get my vehicle washed two or three times a week because I live on a mountain and the pollen is terrible in the summer. I looked at quite a few different ones and this was the best one for the price by far. Only thing is they don't offer a detail service, but their vacuums are great and they even provide some towels and cleaner for free. Best value for car washes I have found yet. Next time I will try to get some drone footage.

Where do I start? This is a long post, but I must tell you about my wonderful experience at Kleen Carwash & Details. I’m originally from Atlanta, Georgia. My husband bought my son his first car, which had been sitting under somebody’s tree for over two years, not being driven. Me being lazy and didn’t feel like cleaning out the car, I called over 10 detailing companies which either didn't answer or told me I had to make an appointment. My husband is a truck driver, so we were only going to be in town for one day, so when I called a Kleen, she told me they usually make appointments but come by and let her see what she could do. I told her it was not a new car. I didn’t expect it to look brand new. I just wanted it to be cleaned up to present to him because it was a surprise. When we got there, she looked over the car. She said, “I’ll have it looking like new” we talked about coming back another day to get the carpet cleaned and a couple of other things done. Longer story short, when we arrived back to pick up the car, it was spotless. It was like we were looking at a brand new car on the inside and out check out the lights we thought we would have to replace them. She even cleaned the carpets, which looked brand new. When I say excellent work, I mean her whole team was fantastic from start to finish, Excellent customer service, very professional and knowledgeable, and reasonable. Kleen has gained lifelong customers! I’ll be taking my car next month from Atlanta to Huntsville to get my car detailed, and some other things done. I called and made an appointment for headlight restoration. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment and the door was locked and open sign was turned off. Didn't think much about it because it was at 1:00 so I thought maybe they're just a little late getting back from lunch. 5 minutes after 1:00 still nobody. I called the number I used to make the appointment no one answered so I left a voicemail asking someone to return my call. I waited until 20 minutes after 1:00 never a return phone call. Still have not heard from them. Very unprofessional.

Charles did a fantastic job with my Mercedes AMG GTS! It was definitely in rough shape with a fair amount of swirling as well as a few dings from rock chips and other normal wear and tear. After he worked his magic, I’m convinced it looks better than it did when it rolled off the factory line. 2020 Black Mustang GT at Madison location. Unsatisfied. After the first spray wash it looks like the same car I dropped off. Faded color, the shell and shine is weak with some swirls. The spray on wax looked great upon pickup but then the poor job and quality shined! My car was in great condition for starters. $1400 was overpriced for a subpar five year and a spray on wax job which temporarily hid the poor workmanship. I currently own two other black cars (Corvette Z06 and Roush) and both were ceramic three year and two step paint correction locally. They look ten times better two years later. Very unhappy customer here and I know what I am talking about from experience. I should have stuck with my trusted go to in the area.

I would suggest not doing business with this company. I scheduled ceramic coating service a week out and put down a $185 deposit to "hold the appointment". That evening I was involved in a car accident. The next morning I contacted the owner and explained my situation but he would not budge on refunding my deposit, just offered credit for the future and stated that was his policy. I completely understand all of that, however I feel that in this situation giving the advanced notice that I gave, consideration should have been given. My purpose is to let others know that if you schedule service with Next Level in Athens, AL your deposit will not be refunded, (they are not initially forthcoming with this information), under any circumstances. My suggestion would be to consider doing business with other auto detailing businesses in the area that do not require a deposit. Lesson learned I myself will be more diligent in the future. Their website policy states (may result in loss of deposit, not "will" result in loss) concerning cancellation or rescheduling. Under the deposit clause of their policy it states that deposits are non refundable but extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration by the owner. The staff was pleasant but in no way informed me that the deposit was non-refundable when taking it over the phone. Again, just a PSA - buyer beware.
