I had some weird scratches on the hood of my brand new car. You could feel some of them when you rub your finger across them. I'm not sure if they came from a car wash or not. The dealership recommended Spellman's. My experience was pleasant from the moment I walked in the door. Heidi was very professional, informative, helpful, friendly... just awesome all around! And, Joan (pronounced Ja-Wan) did an amazing job buffing out those scratches! I couldn't believe it! I highly recommend them! They will be getting my business from now on. Worth the 45-minute drive!

I purchased the $45 wash. 3 young men “cleaned” the interior. I should’ve inspected before I drove off, but did not. I genuinely don’t know what they were doing for the 15 minutes they had my vehicle. I think the interior was vacuumed, but not well. The back storage compartment was not touched, as you can see in the pictures. I ended up having to clean the interior of my car myself after paying $45 plus tip for someone else to do it. Who is managing this place and the employees? Perhaps another training session is needed.

I have been going to Anthony’s Carwash for years and have had great experiences for the most part. Anytime I have ever had an issue with anything Cam C. Has always taken time to help me with my problem. I have noticed if I bring something to his attention, he immediately addresses it with his staff to try to ensure it doesn’t happen to anyone else. He has always been the best to me and I would recommend Anthony’s to everyone.

Spent 45 dollars on a car wash and still have a dirty truck. Bugs on windshield. Sorry, I don't normally leave reviews. 45 dollars you expect a clean vehicle. I suggest you so ot yourself. Not worth the money.

$45 for their “full service. Missed tires, trim, dashboard, exterior mirrors, roof/sail panel, wheels. No I didn’t file a complaint on-site and no I’m not driving back up there for you to do over what I paid you to do the first time.

This place is good. When you finish going through the car wash, the final roller comes down and wipes dry the front of your car the hood and up on your roof. It’s a huge difference from other places. I got a membership here because other automated car washes didn’t seem to get my car clean enough. This place does

They've turned into Anthony's by way of broken vacuum hoses that go unfixed, nasty towels and never more than 2 bottles of glass cleaner regardless of how busy it is. The grounds are full of trash; you'll feel like you're at a gas station in Atlanta. The car wash itself if great - and the kids that work there are very nice - this location just needs some leadership and someone who understands that people want to CLEAN their car with CLEAN towels, they want vacuum hoses that are CLEAN and work, they want the parking area to be trash free and they want readily available glass cleaner.

Chase and his team are absolutely amazing! They deserve so much praise. It doesn’t matter if you have a $5,000 civic to a $500,000 car, they are going to go above and beyond and treat your vehicle with the most absolute care. After having two vehicles done by them, I wouldn’t trust taking it anywhere else. He gives you all the advice possible going into it, and if you’re wanting a higher package than your car needs, he will tell you. He isn’t out here to get rich, he’s literally out here to give his customers the absolute best experience. Can they be backed up and you can’t get in immediately, yes. But there is a reason for that. If you’re a car guy like I have been for longer than I can remember, Chase and his crew at Insane Paint Auto Detailing are the folks to go to. They are as passionate about cars as I am and will treat yours as if it was their own. This is the second Corvette I’ve had them take care of for me. Added ceramic coating and protective film, and what a difference. Adding the wheels off cleaning and ceramic coating makes cleaning off that brake dust much easier. Bright Mobile Detailing did the best job cleaning the interior and exterior of our two cars (a sedan and an SUV) - the team is very professional, courteous, and paid extra attention to details! I paid for a “Gold Full Detail,” which was supposed to include “wash, wax, wheels and tires, wheel wells, barrels of the wheels, windows, vacuum, shampoo carpets and seats, wipe down interior vinyl/ trim/ plastics, clean doors and door jams, condition leather, and steam clean interior.” While they cleaned and vacuumed my car, they also missed a lot of spots and were not thorough (see photos). There were grease spots on the window and something that had spattered on the dash was not wiped down. The seats looked like they had been vacuumed, but not washed or steam cleaned. Many spots on the exterior paint were missed. The console and the trunk were skipped entirely. I complained and they politely offered to come touch it up the next week. They addressed some of the areas I had pointed out, but missed others. You can get a car wash + vac from Anthony’s for $75. I think I got more than that, but not $175 more. They do come to you, so perhaps some people would pay extra for the convenience. I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and won’t be using them again.

Was able to schedule an appointment online and pick a time that was good for me. Which happen to be the same day because I was off luckily. Huge plus! Alex was able to accommodate me and went over my options for tint. Very professional and got me in and out in good time. I love the look of my car and now I won't cook inside my car..lol

This business is quantity over quality, we dropped our car off on a Friday and did not pick up until the following Tuesday. Only paid for the break calipers to be painted, and the supposedly paint correction that Alex “said” was preformed. We paid $1,050 for the work and we are HIGHLY disappointed! We now have to pay someone to correct the paint due to buffer trails and burn marks left in the paint. We let the owner know but he refused to do a refund on the car and the only solution he had was for us to leave the car even longer for him to mess up even more which we was not going for. This is poor business that clearly shows they only care about the money customers pay, also when leaving the car Friday the agreement was $800 for paint correction and $200 for calipers but pick up was $1050, over charged a extra $50 when the work was not completed to begin with. I would never recommend to anybody to go here!!! On top of all of this he posted on his business page that he applied a ceramic coating to this car and window tint but that is false advertisement, we did not pay for the coating, did not want the coating and our tint was done before we dropped our car off. Once we made that known he deleted the post but we had already had a screen shot of it.

The floor and the seats were ok. Some had stains left over. It seemed like the guy did not take his time with the detail. My biggest issue, however, is how SOAKED everything was afterwards. It seemed like he did not attempt to dry anything out, which caused this horrible smell later in the day and the next day(today). Not even a dehumidifier and air fresheners will take the smell out. I DO NOT recommend the service, at least the interior detailing one they provide.

I cannot recommend this shop enough! Roberto and his team did a fantastic Full Detail on my 4 Door Jeep Rubicon. It had been almost 2 years since my last detail and there was a lot of dog hair in the back. Roberto got it looking brand new inside and out, including all of the cracks and crevices. Roberto also offered a free car wash later that week since it was raining at the time of pickup. Excellent customer service, excellent performance, and this will be the only shop in town I go to! Well worth every penny.

I visited this location today for a car wash with tire shine. While going through the wash, my car began rolling back and forth halfway through, as if it wasn’t properly aligned on the track. After honking multiple times, an employee finally acknowledged the issue and informed me that I wasn’t on track correctly, instructing me to drive through. I noticed that the tire shine service I had paid for was missed. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, I was asked to go through the wash again, which was an inconvenience since I had already dried and detailed my car. I had to insist on having someone simply apply the tire shine, which should have been the immediate solution. This incident should have been handled more smoothly, especially since the issue stemmed from the employee guiding me into the wash. I hope upper management can review procedures to ensure better handling of such situations in the future. Customer service is key to retaining loyal customers, and this experience has left me disappointed. I will not be visiting this location again.

Jonathan, Scott, and Emanuel are always here to make sure I’m taken care of and go above and beyond. Very poor service. Took my car in for a wash and my tire was flat after going through the car wash. Management took over 40 minutes to help me. The employees wanted me to just drive my car with a flat. My debit card has been charged multiple times on top of everything else.

I stopped by for a car wash this morning and on exiting the wash tunnel, noticed that one of the "rollers" that dries the car didn't engage. So, I pulled through and returned to the booth where the staff sits. As I told the guys what my issue was they asked what happened and I told them about the roller non-engagement and the excess water on my car as compared to my many other visits. With ZERO hesitation, they replied " Oh, that's broken". WHAT?? So I asked why they didn't notify customers that their system was unable to provide the services paid for? I informed them that I would be submitting a chargeback and needed a receipt. They provided one but after driving away I realized they provided a cash receipt when I paid by credit card. HMM, was this another hidden strategy to prevent me from filing my chargeback? I went back a 2nd time and got the correct receipt so now just waiting for the transaction to post so that I can complete the chargeback. My opinion as a paying customer, this could be a deceptive tactic to have us pay for a full service and knowing all along that their system is not capable of providing what we actually pay for. Again, this reflects MY customer experience and I encourage you check that final "roller" at exit for functionality and to fully inspect your car for proper drying based on the package selected.

I've had 3 vehicles detailed here, and there were cleanliness issues with all 3, had to get them to clean areas that were not addressed properly. Maybe I'm just not understanding in today's world of what $350(2 different F-150 supercrews, and Expedition was $425) detail should inquire, but windows not clean, bumpers not clean, water spots all over and trash still under floor mats, cloth seats not properly cleaned. Rodney is a nice person, and well spoken.

overall good cleaning, but dash wasn’t cleaned and one of the main reasons i was paying to have my car detailed was to get these marks out of the dash. the van came to me which was convenient, but he told me he couldn’t clean that part because he didn’t have the tool. i would have rather come in another day if i had known that would be the case.

Mister Car Wash on 280 was highly recommended by a family member. So I took my car to be cleaned inside and out. They did not disappoint! Christian and Ken, among others, took their time cleaning, wiping, and cleaning the car. It looks like new. They even took the time to clean the ballpoint pen marks off of the upholstery on the inside of the car at no extra charge. I highly recommend Mister Car Wash on 280!!
