We needed to reschedule due to weather, and Hayden was flexible with upcoming times in order to fit me in. I was previously burned by surprise add-ons, but Hayden did a visual inspection of my car prior to detailing to make sure I knew what to expect upfront. Really nice people, but... told them exactly what I wanted done, and they didn’t listen. They said a few hours, but had it from 11-5. I picked it up when it was dark out and couldn’t really see everything they missed. I could definitely tell it was a rushed job. But it shouldn’t of been because they had my car for 6hr!......

I had a membership here for a month and really wanted to love this place, but it just never cleaned my car very well. Especially compared to competitor car washes. I'd also end up with random scratches on my car. I really loved the fact that they had unlimited cloths and spray by the vacuums to help clean your cars interior or exterior. Other car washes should really take note and add this to their facilities. I gave this place numerous tries, and I was just never satisfied with the job done.

Like this one so much more than the other large one in town! Just seemed more thorough. Also offered more options at the vacuums, including towels and cleaning spray. Nice vacuum options too. Very pleased!

Maybe a couple of dollars higher than other car washes in the area. With that said, they are polite and honest to the extreme. You could leave cash on the car seat, and when you return it will still be there. That type of service is well worth a couple of dollars more. I am 110% satisfied with them👍👍

Very friendly staff! I purchased a wash here and when I went to the vacuum area I still had a couple bugs on the front of my car. I showed Krista and she welcomed me to go back through, she even went inside the wash area and scrubbed my car herself to make sure my car was clean

I live near Florence,AL, but i drive my pickup cross country for work. I have been a Mister Car Wash member since 2020 and while it's not always perfect it is very well worth the money, in my opinion. I find a Mister Carwash somewhere in my travels at least once a week and always look forward to getting back to the one in Florence,AL. Jordan spent extra time brushing my truck before sending me through the wash to help with the bugs and stubborn spots today. Of all of the locations I've been to this is definitely my favorite!

I wish I’d have taken before pics, this pickup was FILTHY!! Having two dogs who ride- and won’t stay seated- little nose prints and little boy fingerprints on the windows, dust… oh the dust the inside and out- we live on a dirt road, you get the idea. The guy at Brother’s did a fantastic job!! Even cleaned the engine bay!! I don’t think the pickup has been this clean since the day we brought her home the day she was purchased new!! Will definitely be back!!

When the car wash is open it's great, however it's closed more often than it's been open lately. I pay for the wash club and don't ever get to use it. Honestly I should be reimbursed since I have not been able to use it more than once a month for the past 3 months. I prefer to wash my car once a week since it gets filthy with bugs every few days and I simply can't do it.

My husband and I needed to have our car washed. We had never used the tunnel wash at Long Lewis in Florence, Al. before. Since it was so close to were we live we went there. Had a small problem purchasing a wash. It did a good job but I must say the tunnel wash at Long Lewis in Muscle Shoals is much better. I loved the FREE vacuum, did a nice job. Also, like the mat wash there. It made our mats look brand new! We would use them again unless we were going to be in Muscle Shoals. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the young lady that helped us. She was very sweet, friendly and outgoing!!

I went there last night, got in line behind a pickup at the automatic wash, he got washed, I paid my $ 10 and pulled in it started out fine. Under carriage wash worked as I pulled in then the Pre Soak started front to back but only put out streams on way back but then Sprayed a Fan pattern coming forward but then about the Windsheild it just Stopped, all lights on board out, no Sounds… nothing, waited about 3 minutes but Nothing but a Pre Soak 3/4 covered SUV! I pulled into Stall and spent another $ 4.50 washing it off manually. No signs with a phone number to call or anything to contact the Owners! I did make sure that nobody else got Ripped Off, there was Yellow Tape wrapped around a pole by the Entrance to put up when it was Closed I suppose. I put it over the Entrance so no other Unsuspecting Customers would get Ripped Off, just went by to see if anybody was there to get my money back…nobody but the Yellow Tape is still up so they are missing Sunny Saturday’s worth of Automatic Carwashes! On a further Repair that is need it would not read 2 different cards and it took the 2nd $10 bill to get it to take cash!

I've always preferred this car wash because you have the option to wash it yourself or use the automatic car washes and the automatic ones aren't as intimidating as the newer ones that are popping up everywhere where you have to align your tires on the track. Unfortunately, the automatic ones here have taken my money a couple of times. I called the number and no answer to get my money back. I went today and one of the car washes wasn't working. I havent looked to see if i was charged for it yet, but I used the last stall and it doesn't really look like I ran it through a wash today. My 6 year old even commented on it. You'd think I'd listen to my husband and stop going here, but I'm no quitter and I just want it to be as great as it once was.🤣

The only good non-membership car wash in Florence. I HATE those membership based car washes. Everything works here, the soap works great and doesn't smell like rotten eggs/sulfer like the Cloverdale road car wash does. I've never used the meat grinder before(automatic car wash) , so my review is based off the self serve side of the car wash.

$7 and you can Wash All You Want! It’s a great price for unlimited vacuuming, washing and rinse. It’s all easy to use, there was plenty of soap and the water pressure was strong. There were a lot of spaces available and I definitely think it’s worth the price!

Pressure is not good and selective modes are not aligned avoid if ya can I travel all across the US 275 days a yr and see hundreds this is the lest low 5 ratings! If they improve I’ll keep ya posted!
