I took my vehicle in to have headlight oxidization removed. They had promised me a price of $69, and stated my vehicle would be ready in 30 mins. One light came clean the other did not. They took my vehicle to their body shop and had the light restored to it's clearness at no extra cost.They are outstanding and stand behind their work. They promised to restore again in a year if oxidization reappears. I had checked with another place. They wanted $125 up front and then would charge per hour after that. I have super clear lights now and appreciate these folks to the max!! Everyone was outstanding and very helpful. This business is a great asset to our city.. They do fantastic work and made sure I was satisfied. Thank you to Brandon for making things right, the front desk lady at the Decatur location was super friendly and nice to answer any questions or concerns. I will see them again for all my detail work.

This car wash is phenomenal not many things nowadays that you get your money's worth out of. Zach is also a top notch employee there that went above and beyond and noticed that my truck had been extremely dirty after sitting for two weeks while on vacation. He took the time to get as much off before even going into the wash, and even knew that it wouldn't remove it all and offered to send it back through. The service here is top notch as well as the equipment and amenities.

I’ve had a membership with Shinetime for almost 2 years. The staff at the Decatur location are amazing and so helpful. They go above and beyond for their customers. I was sick today. I had just gotten 2 shots at the doctor and was headed to my car wash because it’s relaxing and then to get lunch… driving towards the car wash my car started acting weird and died as I pulled it into the vacuum side… Angel and Sunshine went above and beyond to help me today. These two ladies popped the hood, had me hooked to a jumper box in no time, and when that didn’t work they asked other customers for jumper cables. I am grateful to these ladies and the gallant gentleman who helped these ladies with my car and wouldn’t let Angel push it into a parking spot by herself!! After this Angel helped me coordinate with a towing company. These exceptional ladies helped make the day very easy for this customer and I just wanted their actions today to be recognized. Customer Service like this is one reason why I intentionally stop at Shinetime when I’m in Decatur.

Before my car go in to the washing area they scrubbed pretty well the front and back of my car every time that I come here I can see the difference between this carwash and some other ones that I had tried before. Also they have a cleaning station, with vacuums and cleaning clothes and sprays so you can finish up the interior. Friendly staff great service.

******STOP!!!!**** I am not one to post bad reviews but this has to be made known. I don’t want anyone else to waste their hard earned money. Paid $145 for FULL detail. Sparing you the details. I could have done the same thing running it through the car wash and vacuuming it out. I even left it twice. Tried to give them a chance. Don’t waste your time... go to classic car and have them do a great job.

Justin was amazing to work with! He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He does fantastic work and doesn’t try to sell you things or extra services that you don’t need. I highly recommended him and would trust him with any vehicle! I plan to use him again in the future. You won’t find a better person to trust your car with in the area. I am very particular about my vehicles and am really happy with the results and interaction. His work included a color correction enhancement, ceramic coating the paint and wheels, along with detailing inside and out. Perfect work!!

Called at noon Tuesday to see the lead time/install date/price on some AMP Power running boards. They told me they could order them and have them Wednesday and install Thursday morning. Had the truck for approximately 2 hours and I got the call it was ready. Price on parts and labor was very reasonable especially with these boards. Very good customer service and insanely fast install with a difficult product. I highly recommend anyone looking for vehicle accessories or detailed cleaning to give them a chance.

I have been doing business with Bobby, Charlie and the folk at Southern Truck Outfitters and Classic Car Care got shot 10 years. I have never had one issue with the product or service. After moving to Huntsville I tried to use a local business to accessorize a new truck and it was an epic fail. Poor service and issues with the product. Southern Truck helped me resolve the problem and since then I have continued to drive to Decatur for all me accessories. I trade trucks twice yearly, as I set in their waiting area as I write this review I am receiving that same great service. Thanks Southern Truck.

scratch all the way down the side of my truck from the front to the back. Management watch the video to see if it was previously there. But said that the video had a huge glare from the sun. And he doesn’t “THINK” there car wash caused it because it’s a straight line. so there’s nothing they can do to fix it. Except for give complimentary free tickets. Which is diabolical because why would I run my truck back through the same car wash that scratched it in the first place.

This is a great car wash. I love the unlimited membership, gives you unlimited car washes and vacuuming for a monthly fee. The fee is very reasonable and pays for itself in two car washes compared to other pay per wash places. I have gotten my car washed, then it rained and was able to go back and get another car was on the same day! The vacuums are very powerful and they have a floor mat cleaner machine. The place os always clean, the staff smiles and it seems to be maintained well. I would definitely recommend.

I didn’t get an answer when I called the number listed and from the photos Of there area it looks to be a residence in a neighborhood so I’m not sure if you could even get a truck and trailer in there to get it washed

Worst experience ever! I drove my truck over to get a quote and talked with Ed . He took me into the shop and showed me some of the cars in various stages of the process . These vehicles looked really good. I got the quote and went home and stripped the truck down. There was nothing left on the truck except the glass and windshield trim. I took my truck in and was told it would take a week. It took 3 weeks. They didn't do anything that they told me they would other than put paint on it. I have 16 issues with the job that they did. Some of which are as follows. There is more orange peel on it than a truck load of oranges!. They didn't prep the body properly before painting. They told me going in that it wouldn't be perfect, and I wasn't expecting it to be. They told me to take a sharpie marker and circle any dings and dents so they would be sure to see them and fix them. They didn't fix anything. There was dirt in the paint on the hood and the top of the truck. I paid extra to have the seam sealer in the gutter removed and replaced . They removed most of it and didn't replace it , just painted it. I also paid extra to paint the door jambs, hood jamb, and the tailgate jambs. They didn't do any of this. The day I picked it up, it was raining and cloudy, and I didn't notice these things. When I got home and put it up in the shop to put it all back together, I saw these issues and called them and Alexander told me to bring it back and they would take care of it so a few weeks later I carried it back, on a Monday, walked around the truck with Alexander and showed him the issues and he said he would take care of it. Alexander told me he would try to have it ready by Friday. Which he did, 4 weeks later! When I picked it up, he had buffed the hood and top out and put the seam sealer in and painted at it. And that is all except getting splatter all over everything and didn't clean it up , as well as getting overspray all over the back of the cab, which he said he didn't know how to get it off. The orange peel is still everywhere on the truck. He did however tell me I could take it to a place in town and pay them to cut and buff it for me and that it would cost me as much as I paid to have him paint it to get that done. These guys talked a good game but failed miserably at doing the job. I gave them ample time to take care of the issues, and I'm very disappointed. I left a 1star review because there were no negative stars. Oh No Better NOT use maaco!

When I went to pick-up my vehicle, one of the managers showed me several runs in the paint that needed to be fixed. However, I was told they could not be addressed until the paint cured. The manager told me to bring it back at my convenience after 30 days. He said they would make it a priority, moving it to the front of the line. They were also supposed to refurbish the headlights ($100), but had not. They qickly buffed them out but the result was not what i expected. I was told they would readdress the headlights when I bring it in for the paint fix. Overall, they were very polite, made no excuses, pointed out all the flaws, took full responsibility, and assured me all would be taken care of under MAACO's guarantee. Moore to follow after my second visit for the "fixes."

They were amazing. They treated me with great care and my 2020 jeep came out looking like new after I was rear ended. They were able to get me in very next day after the accident and I had it back within a week. I hope I don't need them again but if I do I definitely take my jeep back there. I was very satisfied.

Dirty stalls, graffiti. Put my $2 in to wash car.. water barely came out. Paid again at another stall water pressure was better but tri color foam was coming out in short squirts. Use to be a decent car wash... not anymore!

11/10 service and work! I had some damage to my truck tailgate done by a forklift at Lowe’s. I wouldn’t wish for my worst enemy to deal with Lowe’s insurance. They refused to reimburse me for my rental that I needed for the accident they caused, at least until the awesome people at Allen’s set them straight. They went above and beyond for me! Their work was pristine and they even did some minor touch ups that weren’t quoted or caused by the accident.

Allen's Paint & Body returned my car to absolutely perfect condition after a side swipe collision, and were extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. They began repairs using a quote I had received from another shop (who ghosted me after the quote), and they actually saved me money by discovering parts on that estimate which didn't need to be replaced at all. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire organization... Hopefully I won't need repairs anytime soon, but Allen's is my first call if I do.

Will is the absolute best! He is the only person that I will let work on any vehicle I have. He is very efficient, knowledgeable, and has great customer service. I like that after every service he has completed, he explains what the issue is, the damage it can cause, and he shows the defected part of whatever he had to replace or fix. Not to mention he works in a timely manner and communication is top tier. 10/10 hands down!
