I was looking to get my truck cleaned on Easter Sunday because I took my kids to the beach the day before and they thought it was a good idea to bring sand back with us well im not from Alabama so I did what i always do and went to social media to look for someone who could wash my truck and do it before the day was over. I came across DQS House of Detail upon searching Birmingham AL car wash on Facebook and DQS was the first post I saw so I called and he was able to detail my truck within 3 hours! When I say his work speaks for itself, trust me!! My truck looked brand new I didn't move it until the next day! I paid for a “Gold Full Detail,” which was supposed to include “wash, wax, wheels and tires, wheel wells, barrels of the wheels, windows, vacuum, shampoo carpets and seats, wipe down interior vinyl/ trim/ plastics, clean doors and door jams, condition leather, and steam clean interior.” While they cleaned and vacuumed my car, they also missed a lot of spots and were not thorough (see photos). There were grease spots on the window and something that had spattered on the dash was not wiped down. The seats looked like they had been vacuumed, but not washed or steam cleaned. Many spots on the exterior paint were missed. The console and the trunk were skipped entirely. I complained and they politely offered to come touch it up the next week. They addressed some of the areas I had pointed out, but missed others. You can get a car wash + vac from Anthony’s for $75. I think I got more than that, but not $175 more. They do come to you, so perhaps some people would pay extra for the convenience. I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and won’t be using them again.

I cannot recommend this shop enough! Roberto and his team did a fantastic Full Detail on my 4 Door Jeep Rubicon. It had been almost 2 years since my last detail and there was a lot of dog hair in the back. Roberto got it looking brand new inside and out, including all of the cracks and crevices. Roberto also offered a free car wash later that week since it was raining at the time of pickup. Excellent customer service, excellent performance, and this will be the only shop in town I go to! Well worth every penny.

I'm very particular about my car, but after read the reviews I decided to give Prime Shine a try. I was NOT disappointed. Kaleb responded promptly to my inquiry. We set a date and he gave me a time and said he would call when they were headed my way. He arrived at the time given. Both Kaleb and Isaiah were very friendly and courteous. They started detailing my car immediately. My white Lexus RX350 is showroom beautiful. Most importantly,they are honest! Several months ago I dropped some cash between the seat and console. They found it while vacuuming and it was laying on the console when I got in my car. Thanks Kaleb. I'll call you in the Fall!

The floor and the seats were ok. Some had stains left over. It seemed like the guy did not take his time with the detail. My biggest issue, however, is how SOAKED everything was afterwards. It seemed like he did not attempt to dry anything out, which caused this horrible smell later in the day and the next day(today). Not even a dehumidifier and air fresheners will take the smell out. I DO NOT recommend the service, at least the interior detailing one they provide.

Tommy with Mtn Brook Portable Detail gave my SUV the help it desperately needed. When I pulled up after the paint correction and ceramic coating was done I was floored! Purchased it recently and wasn't happy with how the paint was beat up from car washes. Spoke with David and he explained the process of correcting it and protecting it after it was done. Also his guy Jerry is a wizard with a orbital can tell he's been around the block since I threw a curve ball at him with how rough it was. I was given a care it to keep it looking great. I had some weird scratches on the hood of my brand new car. You could feel some of them when you rub your finger across them. I'm not sure if they came from a car wash or not. The dealership recommended Spellman's. My experience was pleasant from the moment I walked in the door. Heidi was very professional, informative, helpful, friendly... just awesome all around! Amazing job detailing my Subaru Outback! I bought it brand new and wanted it to stay that way. Chandler polished it, ceramic coated the paint and the trim, and then put Paint Protection Film on my front bumper to prevent rock chips! I also have white leather seats so he ceramic coated those as well. All I can say is WOW! He is very intelligent and professional. He is also mobile and very convenient! Highly recommend!

I purchased the $45 wash. 3 young men “cleaned” the interior. I should’ve inspected before I drove off, but did not. I genuinely don’t know what they were doing for the 15 minutes they had my vehicle. I think the interior was vacuumed, but not well. The back storage compartment was not touched, as you can see in the pictures. I ended up having to clean the interior of my car myself after paying $45 plus tip for someone else to do it. Who is managing this place and the employees? Perhaps another training session is needed.
